Today started off with inspiration and motivation, then called from my yoga into an unusually awkward meeting on Skype that dragged out for a painful eternity then went to three great meetings including a fun sushi one, followed up with leads and will be wrapping up my day with some grilled salmon and finishing up my Yoga-X workout as keeping my goals of pushing workouts harder every day!…
