Great day today! It’s been real stressful with work goals and pushing forward harder every day. I put my stress into fitness so I gain not only relaxation but an improved body and spirit. Today got to celebrate my grandfather’s 99th birthday. The man is amazing – I’ve learned so much from him, he’s my hero….
