100 Day Challenge – R3 – Day038 – RHT (Rapid Human Transformation!) – R3 – Refocused Mind!
Learning from reflecting on concepts of level-setting and have emerged from this weekend with a heightened focus on success. I’m aware of my own tenaciously powerful behaviors and the need to step off of myself. I’ve made incredible reductions in blood pressure which I’m continuing to improve on. 62 days to get into normal ranges and kicking ass. There’s a few enhancing and improving factors – supplementation, dieting, and fitness and yet there’s still also contributing variables I’m unable to control. Looking deeper into the variables I’m unable to control, I’ve decided to control the variables! This means at least minimize my exposure to danger. For instance, my highest blood pressure spikes are dealing with a challenging coworker due to their actions, which threaten my career. As I’m unable to avoid this person entirely, I’ve chosen to silo the interactions, and when possible when I’m at the lowest possible blood pressure exposure, for instance immediately following a workout.
