I know from experience how difficult it is to loose a special friend. I lost another cat to cancel about a year ago. It broke my heart to finally have to make the decision to have him put to sleep. I cried every time I saw something that reminded me of him. <br> <br>But I found this side that lets you put out a memorial on the web. It gave me something to do for Pete. My vet was very supportive and since they had someone on site 24×7, I was
allowed visitation anytime (within reason). So I made 2 trips a day to go in
and reassure “Scotter” that he was not abandoned! So even though he was
attached to IV's, I was able to hold him.

It helped both of us get through a difficult situation.

Hopefully your vet will allow visits.

A fiend of mine has a cat that experienced a similar issue. He has the surgery and has been doing great for years. <br> <br>I also had a cat who had a similar issue that was caught early on.
