Sweet Pepper Flounder Broil

Quick homemade meal with just a few ingredients! I’ve been taking advantage of foods in the freezer and cabinets and let some frozen flounder defrost overnight, topped with butter, red pepper, pinch of salt and rosemary and broiled around 7 minutes.

The topping which really made this flavor awesome was easy too – I took sweet peppers, some red onion and some celery and chopped it up in a food processor with a splash of balsamic vinegar. This really brought out the flavor in the chicken.

I finished with Huy Fong Sriracha (a.k.a rooster sauce) for some added punch.
This was ridiculously easy and delicious, now what should I make for dinner?
