3 Ingredient Homemade Sweet & Sour Chicken in 15 Minutes!
I’m getting creative this week with items in my freezer and cabinets and created this 3-ingredient (with 2 optional seasonings) tasty and healthy sweet and sour chicken meal in 15 minutes. I really like simple and delicious flavors!
The 3 ingredients are:
- chicken (I used frozen chicken breast)
- pineapple (found a can in my cabinets)
- strawberries (I had frozen available)
The optional seasonings are:
- Apple Cider Vinegar (for the ‘sour’)
- Rosemary (for the chicken, it’s tasty!)
I took a frozen chicken breast and put 2 levels from the broiler for just 15 minutes, and it came out tender and delicious.
The sauce is rather delicious and you can keep it sweet or sour it up a bit with apple cider vinegar. This is easy to make and the pure flavors are so enjoyable and tasty!
3 ingredients sweet and sour chicken made at home. Cheap and easy too! I filed this under low carb and disclaiming the pineapple are the highest carbohydrate parts of this meal so feel free to limit them or like I am doing today, exercising a little extra!
