OK – Down 2 lbs., and a % bodyfat and registering hardly any movement… Let’s see what I can do this week!
I’m looking forward to improving health and tracking my progress helps me to stay focused. More to come. I’m using a tool called the sportbrain which is a pedometer which lets me upload my steps progress online and even compare to others. It’s a great idea and I’ve enjoyed it tremendously yet never met another sportbrain user. They should incorporate some type of social network or geo based system so you can find other sportbrain users.
I can already see why I need this new blog – I should have named it Darren’s Digressions. OK I’m outta here…
