Caffeine is a very strange drug when it comes to migraines. Headaches which are associated with migraines have to be triggered and these triggers come in various forms. Triggers for migraines include various types of foods, weather conditions, lighting and a number of other triggers. One of these many triggers of migraines is the consumption of too much caffeine. However headaches can also be lessened by taking caffeine as well.

OK - Sorry ducks and chipmunks, I didn’t mean to leave you out of the last blog entry!
I will admit, the ducks are rather friendly. I stopped about 5 miles into my ride today and did some stretching while surrounded by 24 (yes, I did count) ducks. They were fine with me being within just a few feet of them, and were relatively amusing - then again it was pretty early in the morning.

No, this isn’t a recipe for a new low-carb dish (you can find those on my low carb site, respectively at mylowcarbsite.com), these are the critters that crossed my path while bike riding this afternoon. The deer was a new one, though I shouldn’t be surprised, considering I was riding out at ‘Deer Grove’. I’m taking the downward part of the trail off of Quentin street, thinking to myself, why isn’t that tall dog on a leash… until I got closer. The deer actually let me get within a few feet of it and we stared at each other for a minute, and I realized it actually had friends, some even smaller hanging out with it. She went back into the woods, and I continued on my ride.

If you have been thinking about getting into Feng Shui gardening but are thinking that you need a large open area to create your garden, and then think again. You can create a Feng Shui container garden that still posses all the principles of the Feng Shui form. Since, most of us do not possess a large open area, with rocks we can stack and large field to work with, a Feng Shui container garden can work as well and still bring about the calmness and serenity that large Feng Shui gardens have.
