My Pleasure

Greetings from the Marriott where everyone must be on some quota of saying ‘my pleasure’ in response to about everything. Enjoying my week in West Chester OH but looking forward to going home tomorrow. I am trying to find more exciting blog entries than what restaurants I have been to as I’m not talking about work here. It has been a good week, though I have not kept my fitness commitments as I would have hoped. I’m here a little longer than originally scheduled, so I didn’t bring workout clothes or shoes. I will make sure not to make this mistake next week. I am going to track the sportbrain daily and hit the treadmill when I get back home tomorrow. When on the road I focus almost exclusively on work, but should try to have some more life and health outside too to have more balance. Hopefully I don’t need to have the same thought next week You hit a point on the road where you know the hotel more than your home and everyone knows you by name. I’m going to be back here again next week for more meetings and excitement. This has really been a great week.
