Weekend Update
Posted by DarrenWow. I haven’t been updating my blog. OK, trying to change that. More importantly, trying to change the level of fitness in my life. With non-stop travel, I have allowed martial arts and cycling to fall by the wayside. I am weighing in at an uncomfortable level, and not interested in replacing my wardrobe. I have made a commitment to stick with fitness, whether on the road or at home. This has gotten out of control. I walked a mile on my treadmill this morning, which isn’t a lot but its a start. Right now cooking up a mushroom omelette. I am back to wearing my SportBrain pedometer and will check this regularly. Goal for now will be 10,000 steps/day. With the warm weather I am looking forward to more bike riding on the weekend and some martial arts too.
